# About the Role:
We are looking for an Industrial Controller to join our Finance team for a **parental leave substitution**. Reporting to the HCo CFO Italy and working under the supervision of the Area CFO, in this role you will act as a business partner for the Industrial Manager and the Supply Chain Manager, supporting the definition of budget objectives for the Regions and ensuring a solid performance management approach across the operations community.
By working closely with Local Plant Controllers, Local Supply Chain Controllers and Group Industrial & Supply Controlling, you will contribute to the understanding of gaps between actual results and targets (Budget/Forecast), promoting improvement actions and encouraging the sharing of best practices within the Region.
