oBenefits Plan Implementation: Support the development of Appendix M, Canada and Newfoundland, Labrador Benefits Manual and bridge it to Client policies and procedures in accordance with provincial requirements.

oPolicy Alignment: Ensure alignment with Local Content Strategy Report, Atlantic Accord and other relevant legislation.

oLocal Office Establishment: Coordinate the setup and operation of a project office in St John’s

Newfoundland.
