Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of Industrial IVM crew leads, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and according to established procedures.
Ensure accurate completion of administrative duties such as payroll tracking, production tracking, equipment inspection and maintenance, drills, safety documents, and production reports.
Plan daily and weekly logistics for the assigned teams before the work begins and inspect your team’s work in conjunction with contract requirements.
Work with crew on sites daily and assist crews with daily operations.
Motivate and inspire those on your team to perform to their fullest potential.
Collaborate with Project Manager to oversee contract safety, production, and quality.
