Industrial Asset Management Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform IDC on-site duty and respond to emergencies, including outside regular working hours.
• Ensure compliance with asset management regulations, customer policies, and legal requirements.
• Manage warehouse access, ensuring proper registration for personnel and assets.
• Use asset management tools/platforms to process work orders in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain asset data accuracy and provide suggestions for workflow optimization.
• Ensure IDC environment safety and asset security, following SOPs for storage, movement, decommissioning, and disposal.
• Conduct comprehensive asset inventory checks, maintaining 100% accuracy in asset records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience with asset management in IDC/data center environments.
