**Job Title: Industrial Assembler**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Light Industrial Assembler to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling stairs, ensuring quality control, and preparing them for shipment. This role requires cross-training in various sub-departments and involves manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Match appropriate parts to the stringers.
+ Assemble stairs by inserting tread and risers into the stringer, clamping, gluing, and hammering in wedges.
+ Glue and staple the V-block, and nail/screw the riser into the back of the tread.
+ Remove completed stairs from assembly table to punch out table.
+ Conduct quality control check...
