Indirect Materials & Services Buyer

About the Role We are looking for a highly qualified and performance-driven IDM&S Buyer to support critical operations across infrastructure, projects, and key functional areas such as Maintenance and Production. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing Fluent in English (C1) Experience managing categories such as: Facility Management Infrastructure / Construction / Projects Maintenance & Operations Professional Services and Utilities Experience in multinational or matrix organizations is a plus Key Competencies Strong experience in Indirect Materials & Services procurement (IDM&S) Advanced negotiation and contract management capabilities Solid understanding of strategic sourcing and operational procurement processes Experience in supplier evaluation, development, and performance management Strong analytical skills with KPI tracking (QCDIM preferred) Pro...
