Join the VNFC Wellness Team as an Indigenous Wellness Provider in Victoria. This role focuses on supporting Indigenous clients in accessing holistic healthcare and social services.
You will work with the interdisciplinary care team to develop culturally safe health plans. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist clients facing barriers in accessing health services. Your role will involve direct client support and community engagement to promote wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
