Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Indigenous Relations Advisor is responsible for promoting and facilitating partnerships and developing engagement strategies for Norland projects, communities, and Indigenous partnerships.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen respectful relationships with Indigenous leadership, communities, and related organizations.
• Represent Norland at community events, industry functions, and strategic meetings.
