Indigenous Career Coach - (Central)

We are seeking an Program Coordinator - Indigenous to assist with the successful and smooth transition of Indigenous youth entering a CAREERS internship through one-on-one coaching and worksite readiness. This a temporary, full-time position, until September 30th, 2025.

Applicants must be:

• available 40 hours per week
• age between 15 years to 30 years at the time of employment
• Reside within the Central Alberta region

Job Responsibilities

• Assist Indigenous youth in resume writing, preparation for interviews, and workplace readiness. This includes presenting to indigenous youth both in rural and urban schools and helping them complete a CAREERS internship application.
• Collaborate with school grad coaches and support staff to identify needs and opportunities for youth on nation.
