Project Overview
We are sourcing independent Language Fluency Coaches and Vocational Instructors for an AI benchmark evaluation project. As AI models increasingly support unstructured, conversational language learning for career and higher education advancement, their effectiveness relies on expert qualitative analysis. We are strictly looking for professionals with experience in vocational, soft skills, or spoken English institutes rather than traditional academic school environments. The objective of this project is not to grade academic marks, but to act as an expert evaluator who interprets real-world data collected by vendor raters, providing first-hand qualitative feedback to improve the model's individualized teaching styles.
