Job Title: india: Supply Chain Coordinator

Department:Supply Chain Management (Business Support Services)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with external suppliers to resolve invoicing discrepancies.

  • Preparing Purchase Orders againstproforma invoicesand following up for internal approvals.

  • Reconciling vendor proforma invoices against our supplier contractual agreements.

  • Preparing reports to be communicated to internal customers.

  • Coordinating between internal departments such aswarehouses,Rigs, and logistics. 

  • Qualification: 

  • Musthave proficient computer skills.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MSExcel,etc.)

  • Working knowledge or experience in the accounting and finance domainisa must.

  • Oracle/SAP experience is preferred.
