Independent Working Cook

For our cozy restaurant Kashmiri Delight, located at Markerkant 12, Almere, we are looking for an enthusiastic Independent Working Cook (Level I) to join our team.

At Kashmiri Delight, authentic Kashmiri, Indian, and Pakistani flavors are central to our kitchen. Hospitality, quality, and a warm guest experience are our top priorities.

Tasks

• Independently prepare ingredients and dishes


• Contribute to the development and adjustment of menus and working methods


• Manage inventory and place orders


• Apply basic cooking techniques according to hygiene and safety regulations


• Supervise and guide kitchen assistants

Requirements

• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level


• Proven knowledge of basic cooking techniques
