# Independent Living Team Supervisor
Location: Rugby
Pay: £18.85 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm)
Contract: 20 July 2026 – 25 September 2026
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 4 days office, 1 day home working
Lynx Employment Services are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Independent Living Team Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy Independent Living service.
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll oversee a team of nine Independent Living Coordinators, ensuring high standards of service delivery while supporting residents to live safely and independently.
