A well-established captive reinsurance company , part of a large international industrial group, is looking to appoint an Independent Board Members to strengthen its Board of Directors and ensure continued compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements.

The company operates as a captive reinsurance vehicle supporting the global risk management strategy of its parent group.

  • Zurich (Switzerland):  Finance, accounting, and executive functions (regulated environment)
  • International operations:  Underwriting, Claims, and Loss Prevention handled externally
  • Structure:  Lean, high-impact team based in Zurich
