Job Description

We are looking for a visionary Head of IT to lead our technology operations at a Group Level. You will be the perfect match if you have seen the scale of large enterprises but operate with the agility and bias for action of a high-growth startup. In this role, you will own end-to-end enterprise IT for InCred (workplace tech, endpoints, office infrastructure, ITSM/service delivery, IAM controls, vendor ecosystem), and act as a thought partner to leadership to scale operations across the group with strong governance, audit readiness, and startup-speed execution. You will not just manage infrastructure; you will be a strategic thought partner to the management, designing a frictionless, secure, and highly scalable technology environment that empowers our workforce to build the future of finance.
