Hours and Weeks per Year: 37 hours / 52 weeks

As an Inclusive Learning Manager you will primarily be based within a designated Directorate and will strengthen leadership capacity and accountability for Inclusive Learning by ensuring that systems, staff practice, and service delivery are evidence‑based, quality assured, and focused on continuous improvement in inclusive practice and student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Inclusive Learning team
  • Drive quality improvement and service excellence across the College
  • Collaborate with College colleagues and external partners to strengthen inclusive provision
  • Monitor student outcomes, including those from the SEND office and data systems
