About the role

A supportive SEND school in Boston working with pupils across a range of ages and needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, speech and language needs, and SEMH. The school provides structured, inclusive learning environments designed to build confidence, independence, and academic progress. This role is available full‑time with ASAP start dates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of differentiated lessons by adapting tasks and providing tailored in‑class or small‑group support.
  • Reinforce key concepts to help pupils with SEND confidently access the curriculum.
  • Use visual supports, structured routines, hands‑on activities, and clear instructions to promote engagement.
  • Encourage independence and positive learning behaviours through consistent and supportive guidance.
