Job Overview

We are excited to be hiring an Inclusion Support Worker at Kahila Early Learning Centre. The Inclusion Support Worker's role is to support children who benefit from additional assistance so they can participate fully in our daily routines, learning experiences, and play-based program. This position works closely with educators, families, and community partners to implement inclusive strategies, encourage independence, and promote each child's safety, well-being, and sense of belonging.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support as needed during routines, transitions, and activities
• Help adapt activities and environments to meet diverse learning needs
• Support positive behaviour and self-regulation using respectful, strengths-based approaches
