Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) within the classroom and through small-group or individual interventions.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual student needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and student support strategies.
