Inclusion Support Assistant

About the Role

Endeavour Primary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Hub team working across both of our campuses. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring every pupil can access learning, achieve their potential, and feel a strong sense of belonging within our school community.

Working closely with the SENCo, teachers, and wider Inclusion Hub team, you will play a key role in implementing high‑quality provision, monitoring progress, and advocating for vulnerable pupil groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the effective implementation of EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) and SEN provision across the school
• Work with teachers and LSAs to adapt learning and ensure accessibility for all pupils
