Description

Uplyft are seeking a passionate Inclusion Professional to work collaboratively with educators, families and communities to strengthen inclusive practices and support positive outcomes for children with additional needs as part of Inclusion Support West.

Inclusion Support West is a partnership between One Tree Community Services and Uplyft delivering the Inclusion Support Program across Western Australia. Together, we support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to build inclusive environments where all children can access, participate and thrive.
