Inclusion and Behaviour Support Assistant

Salary: NJC Grade D: £26,824 - £28,598 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Please note that the pro-rata salary for this role is between £20,177 (D8) and £21,512 (D12) gross per annum (subject to change depending on agreed working pattern on appointment) 

Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Monday to Friday)

The Park Community School are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to work with a group of students who have been withdrawn from mainstream lessons due to their behaviour in class. This could be a planned intervention to support behaviour, a planned sanction, or an ad-hoc removal from lesson.
