FIS is leading the way in fintech solutions. The position is located at Ecoplaza Bldg., Makati City and requires a hybrid schedule – 2–3 days onsite and 2–3 days remote.

You will be responsible for managing global incidents and ensuring mission‑critical services continue operating smoothly.

What you will be doing

  • Manage global incidents across multiple data center environments to protect production systems.
  • Ensure contractual service level agreements are met in support of client and company mission‑critical business requirements.
  • Work across a wide array of product lines and engage various levels of management on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Develop, coordinate and promote incident and problem management activities across the entire enterprise.
