Your Role

The Incident Coordinator (IC) owns local incident process and keeps track of incident timeline and activities. Follows up and coordinates incidents concerning technical or functional issues. IC is the single point of contact in case of an incident, which can restrict the operations in our data centers. Furthermore your will be responsible for tracking the measurements of corrective incident actions and create and maintains monthly incident reports. Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a technical focus
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Service Support with focus on incident & escalation or experience in the Data Center industry with deep knowledge of all systems within a Data Center
