The Job

We’re seeking an experienced Inbound Team Lead to manage and develop a high-performing Lead Development Representative (LDR) team. The role oversees inbound lead qualification, ensuring timely follow‑up, accurate qualification, smooth handoff to the sales team, and driving pipeline growth and revenue.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, coach, and mentor Inbound LDRs to deliver exceptional results and outperform team objectives
• Conduct consistent individual check‑ins, review call and lead quality, and assess performance against KPIs
• Establish and nurture individualized career development plans for LDRs to foster professional growth
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to ensure team development and success
