Inbound Sales Agent - Close Deals on the First Call

Royal Caribbean Group in Metro Manila, Philippines, is looking for an Agent, Inbound Sales to be the first point of contact for guests at our contact center. This role is responsible for applying effective sales techniques to close sales in a single interaction while delivering top-notch customer service. The Agent will work on inbound calls to support guests and ensure a great experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably with phone sales, along with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to meeting performance targets.
