The opportunity:

Hitachi Energy is currently seeking an Inbound Delivery Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, India. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage transactional activities in SAP, ensuring smooth data flow between suppliers, systems and internal teams.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Create inbound delivery notes in SAP based on shipping documents.

  • Maintain SAP handling units, including physical parameters of purchased materials.

  • Work closely with Transport Planners and provide them with accurate data to ensure timely and efficient transport arrangement.

  • Communicate with internal and external suppliers, clarifying discrepancies between shipping documents and purchase orders.

  • Build strong relationships with Hitachi Energy’s purchasing and logistics teams, as well as direct-material suppliers.
