**Hiring an Inbound Coordinator for a Start Up Drone Company in Hayward, CA!**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist the Receiving team with early inbound activity, including scanning, paperwork checks, and processing urgent or hot receipts that require quick turnaround.
+ Check inbound visibility by syncing with Buyers and Logistics to confirm incoming purchase orders, expected delivery dates, and available packing slips.
+ Plan and schedule inbound volume in alignment with Buyers and Logistics to ensure a smooth and organized flow of goods into the warehouse.
+ Coordinate with Logistics to plan and schedule movements to and from the long-term storage partner and manage inbound and outbound activity involving the third-party logistics provider (3PL).
+ Communicate daily inbound expectations to Receiving and warehouse staff so they clearly understand what is arriving and when.
