Inbound Controller – Import/Export

WorkforceSync is recruiting on behalf of a leading international logistics company that provides end-to-end logistics services including warehousing, storage, shipping (sea & air), and customs clearance. While the company supports key in-house clients, they are expanding and need talented professionals to support operations, inbound/outbound logistics, and business development.

Role Summary:
The Inbound Controller ensures smooth import and export flows from suppliers to warehouses, clients, or distribution centers. The role requires close monitoring of customs clearance, accurate documentation, and cost-effective shipment execution, while providing operational support and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with international suppliers to confirm shipment readiness, packaging, labelling, and deadlines.
• Book transport via freight forwarders across sea, air, and road.
