WE'RE HIRING | INBOUND CALL CENTER (ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

We are looking for an Inbound Call Center Executive to handle customer enquiries and support daily admin tasks. No sales, no outbound calls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls only from customers
  • Answer enquiries and provide accurate information
  • Record and update customer details in the system
  • Perform basic admin and documentation tasks
  • Follow SOP and escalate issues when required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma (any field)
  • Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, system update)
  • Patient, polite, and customer-oriented
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
