WE'RE HIRING | INBOUND CALL CENTER (ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
We are looking for an Inbound Call Center Executive to handle customer enquiries and support daily admin tasks. No sales, no outbound calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls only from customers
- Answer enquiries and provide accurate information
- Record and update customer details in the system
- Perform basic admin and documentation tasks
- Follow SOP and escalate issues when required
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (any field)
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Basic computer skills (data entry, system update)
- Patient, polite, and customer-oriented
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
Working Details:
- Working hours: rotation shift
