Role Overview

As an In-Work Support Officer, you will be responsible for collecting and collating all documentary evidence for outcome claims, for claim calculations and for working closely with job seekers and employers to identify barriers that may impact ongoing employment. You will establish effective support and intervention measures to ensure job seekers’ longevity in employment and provide appropriate support to job seekers and employers, playing a vital role in ensuring jobseekers maintain their employment requirements over a 26‑week period.

You will advise, guide and assist staff to achieve outcomes and notify managers of any issues or concerns regarding placements. You will quality‑check, collect and collate the required evidence to substantiate the outcome claim for submission and negotiate wage subsidies, ensuring that outcomes meet specific documentary evidence guidelines while meeting organisational compliance.
