What will you be doing?
As an In Work Support Mentor, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support to participants who have secured employment.
- Developing solid relationships with both Participants and Employers in the provision of Work Supports.
- Focus on Post Placement Support for all Participants and Site Brokered Employers.
- Maximizing work retention in sustainable employment via timely supports and interventions
- Ensuring that each Outcome type is maximized for positive performance and revenue impacts.
