1. Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of ServiceNow SPM and at least one other module (CSM, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, ITOM, GRC, or APP Engine 2. Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities 3. Able to understand complex customer requirements and design effective solutions for the same 4.
