Position #1: In-House Security Technician (Office-Based)

In‑House Security Technician – office‑based technical role supporting internal security systems.

Responsibilities

  • Program, troubleshoot, and support intrusion alarm systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to field technicians, project managers, and customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and remotely assess system faults.
  • Diagnose and recommend solutions for service-related issues.
  • Configure and support Alarm.com and related interactive services.
  • Assist with equipment staging, testing, and pre-configuration prior to deployment.
  • Troubleshoot CCTV, access control, intercom, and networking issues.
  • Assist with system commissioning and quality control.
  • Review project documentation, drawings, and system layouts.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and technical support departments when required....
