Phoenix Home Care & Hospice seeks a Private Duty Nurse (PDN) to deliver in-home, one-on-one pediatric care for children and young adults in a home setting. The role offers flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options with hands-on training to ensure readiness for each patient’s unique needs.

Candidate must hold an active LPN or RN license and be eligible to work in the United States, with a commitment to compassionate, family-centered care and collaborating with care teams.
