In-Home Design Consultant (Outside Sales)

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125,000–$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)
What You'll Do
+ Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
+ Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
+ Build rapport and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
+ Set clear expectations and guide homeowners through the sales process
+ Close sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience
+ Attend two in-person sales meetings per month
+ Support team success and uphold company standards
What We're Looking For
+ 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
