Job Description
We are looking for a Improvement Engineer to lead and implement automation and process improvement initiatives across the JFC Group’s manufacturing sites. This role is critical in driving productivity, efficiency, and innovation through strategic projects that align with company standards and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Identification & Project Scoping
- Identify and assess automation and process improvement opportunities across commissaries.
- Lead supplier selection aligned with technical and business requirements.
- Prepare and present project funding proposals for management approval.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure equipment meets performance standards before deployment.
- Manage end-to-end execution of equipment installation and qualification.
- Ensure smooth handover of new systems to manufacturing operations.
