Communicate to forwarders and keep tracking on delivery status.
Prepare relevant shipping document to customers.
Communication to warehouse daily on shipping operation.
Control customs book
Collect docs for tax refund and provide to Finance monthly
Get freight quote from forwarders for parts or other demand.
Other job assigned by material manager
Assist materials manager to meet department and company business target.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree and Min. 1 year logistics service experience in manufacturing or logistics companies.
Skilful using MS Office and can read English.
Highly communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and able to work under high pressure.
