Import Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and delivery to warehouse.
• Coordinate and negotiate with Suppliers, forwarders/shipping agents to ensure best cost and service efficiency.
• Oversee accuracy and compliance of shipping and customs documents (PIB, L/C, COO, Shipping Instruction, Insurance, etc.).
• Monitor supplier invoice payments, taxes, and freight costs in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Provide solutions for operational challenges and ensure alignment with latest import-export regulations.

Requirements

• Certified PPJK from Ministry of Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Transport Management / Operations.
• 2–6 years of proven experience in Import-Export, Shipping, and Customs Clearance.
