Import Move Coordinator – Trainee

Job Responsibilities

Under supervision and as part of a structured training programme, the trainee will learn to:

· Open and manage import shipment job files

· Coordinate with overseas agents, shippers, and branch offices

· Prepare documentation for importation of personal effects

· Assist in customs clearance coordination

· Schedule deliveries with the operations team

· Complete post-delivery documentation and billing

· Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service
