Import/Export Compliance Coordinator – Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of raw materials, finished goods, and equipment between San Diego, Mexico, and Texas.
Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations, including Rule 8 and non-USMCA materials.
Track import pediments, freight costs, scrap, and calculate overall financial impact to the VapoMex budget.
Maintain accurate logistics and inventory transactions within the ERP system.
Develop, maintain, and communicate logistics cost reports and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
Hard Skills
Import/export operations and compliance (Rule 8, pediments, export documentation).
Experience with ERP systems
Logistics coordination and freight management.
Cost analysis, reporting, and metrics development.
Inventory control and scrap process management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
