Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Import / Export Coordinator based in Guadalajara, Mexico , to support our U.S. import and export operations . This role works closely with U.S.-based customers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams. Fluent English communication is required. Prior experience with U.S. shipments is strongly preferred . Key Responsibilities Coordinate import and export shipments, primarily supporting U.S.-based operations Communicate daily with U.S. customers, warehouses, truckers, and partners in English Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, etc.) Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or exceptions Coordinate with customs brokers and support customs clearance processes Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and syst...
