Basic knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) documentation and procedures
Understanding of import/export documentation
Familiarity with shipping processes and customs clearance (preferred)

Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
Handling import and export documentation
Coordinating with banks regarding LC processing
Liaising with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and suppliers
Ensuring timely shipment and compliance with trade regulations
Maintaining proper record-keeping of all transactions
