+ Monitoring day-to-day Import/Export operations from initiation to completion. Perform and coordinate customs clearance activities, updates,

+ Track, review, and improve the performance of Freight Forwarders, CHAs, and Transporters in compliance.
+ Ensure effective and efficient service levels, driving continuous improvement through cost optimization and process enhancements.
+ Prepare MIS reports in Excel for Freight Forwarders, Transporters, and CHAs; organize and participate in MBRs and QBRs.
+ Prepare clear and concise presentations using PowerPoint for management and business reviews.
+ Participate in weekly coordination calls with the Asia-Pacific region.
