Manage and coordinate customs brokerage operations and the import of materials and equipment.

Ensure full compliance with applicable customs laws and regulations.

Track, review, and improve the performance of Freight Forwarders, CHAs, and Transporters in compliance.

Ensure effective and efficient service levels, driving continuous improvement through cost optimization and process enhancements.

Prepare MIS reports in Excel for Freight Forwarders, Transporters, and CHAs; organize and participate in MBRs and QBRs.

Prepare clear and concise presentations using PowerPoint for management and business reviews.

Participate in weekly coordination calls with the Asia-Pacific region.
