Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review e-docs and validate HBL, MBL, invoices, packing list, and pre-alert details; update milestones accordingly.

  • Update DSR and share pre-alert details with the consignee.

  • Follow up with the origin office for ocean freight prepaid shipments.

  • File IGM manifest via Odex or email to the shipping line.

  • Coordinate with the shipping line for arrival status and share updates with the consignee and CHA.

  • Follow up with the shipping line regarding free days and arrival status.

  • Submit CFS nomination requests based on customer DPD/non-DPD status and coordinate with the shipping line for nomination approval based on LOI submission.
