Import Analyst

Your Tasks

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Import Analyst to support our Customs Operations team. In this role, you will coordinate import activities, ensure accurate customs documentation, monitor clearance processes, and maintain master data to support efficient and compliant import operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate import documentation and customs paperwork.
• Ensure required letters and documents are signed and uploaded on time.
• Coordinate import-related activities with vendors, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor customs clearance status and follow up on workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain and update import master data accurately.
• Support compliance with company policies and customs requirements.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth import operations.
