RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Perform application implementation tasks
  • Analyse user requirements
  • Conduct user trainings
  • Maintain/support existing software applications
  • Documentation

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology and/or Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • 3 year working experience in customer support & implementing software solution
  • Experience in accounting software will be an advantage
  • Familiar with accounting/book keeping concepts
  • Possess pleasant disposition with good personal integrity
  • Good communication & analytical skills
  • Able to work within deadlines
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to travel outstation
  • Include academic transcript and school exam result
  • Sarawakian only
