Implementation Workstream Lead

Job Description
As Implementation Workstream Lead, you will act as the central orchestrator for the end-to-end deployment across affiliates. You will drive execution excellence while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment at both global and local levels.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
Owning and managing the integrated rollout strategy and master implementation plan
Coordinating timelines, dependencies and sequencing across affiliates and functions
Leading distributed implementation squads in a matrix organization
Driving go-live readiness, including cutover planning and hypercare transition
Managing program-level risks, issues and escalations
Ensuring alignment between business, IT and change workstreams
Acting as the key interface between affiliate leadership and central program governance
You will ensure that global standards are maintained while allowing for necessary local adaptations.
