We’re looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and desire to provide an exceptional level of service to join our growing implementation team. As the implementation specialist, you’ll be responsible for project onboarding/setup while providing clients with a friendly, positive and knowledgeable experience. The goal is to ensure that all users of the company software and project onboarding portal have the information and tools they need, and the knowledge to use it. This role is remote within the United States.
